These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with La Vie en Rose.

By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
• Full payment must be completed before arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
• Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Security Deposit

• A deposit may be required as stated in your booking.
• Returned after check-out if no damage is found.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 16:00
• Check-out: before 10:00

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Minimum age of main guest: 18 years
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• No parties or events allowed
• Respect neighbors and keep noise low after 22:00

6. Damage & Loss

• Guests are responsible for any damage
• Damage must be reported immediately

7. Liability

La Vie en Rose is not liable for accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for events beyond our control (e.g. weather, government restrictions).

9. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
